This full remodel of a penthouse property masterfully combines a Neo-classical aesthetic with cutting-edge smart house technology, resulting in a living space that is both timeless and ahead of its time.
A Coastal Sanctuary: Elegant and Thoughtful Design
The property boasts a prime location with dual-aspect views that capture the uninterrupted beauty of the Mediterranean Sea and the rolling hills of Théoule-Sur-Mer. This breathtaking scenery sets the stage for the sumptuous interiors that lie within.
Upon entering the penthouse, guests are immediately struck by the custom-designed glass vitrine. This centerpiece cleverly references the home’s color palette and style of furnishing. The delicate interplay of glass and metal in the vitrine echoes the intricate floor design it illuminates, creating a cohesive and welcoming entryway.
Moving further into the property, the reception living room greets guests with impressive Mediterranean sea views. Adjacent to this stunning space are the dining area and home office, both designed to blend seamlessly with the living area while offering distinct functionalities.
