Boutique Hotel Renovation in West Sussex
2024 marked an exciting milestone for Luxoria as we expanded into the hospitality sector with the signing of a boutique hotel renovation in West Sussex, UK. This ambitious project will transform the property into a luxurious destination, featuring elegant rooms and suites designed with modern comfort and timeless sophistication in mind. In addition, the space will include a bar, a refined restaurant, a florist, a bakery, manicured gardens, and versatile entertainment areas. Each element of the design pays homage to the boutique charm of the surrounding countryside while embracing contemporary conveniences to create an inviting and unforgettable experience.
Flying High with Private Jet Interiors
Elevating design to new heights, we began work on a private jet interior inspired by the sleek elegance of luxury car brands like Bentley and Rolls-Royce. The design is chic and streamlined, featuring rich materials, advanced lighting concepts, and an understated colour palette that exudes sophistication in the skies.
Parisian Glamour with a View of the Eiffel Tower
One of our most ambitious residential projects is located opposite the iconic Eiffel Tower. The design blends classic Parisian architecture with a bold, eclectic aesthetic, creating a space that bridges tradition and modernity. This property promises to become a benchmark for high-end residential design in Paris.
Spa Resort Renovation in Geneva
As we look ahead to 2025, one of our most anticipated projects is the completion of a luxury spa resort in Geneva. Designed to harmonise with its stunning Alpine surroundings, the spa features sleek, contemporary interiors infused with warm, neutral tones and natural materials. Drawing inspiration from the tranquillity and majesty of the Alps, the design prioritises serenity and understated luxury, creating a rejuvenating retreat for the resort’s guests. This project exemplifies our commitment to blending local influences with modern elegance.
Luxury Cruiser on France’s Scenic Canals
Our team embarked on a top-secret project designing an exclusive luxury cruiser that will traverse France’s picturesque canals. This unique venture combines the sophistication of high-end hospitality with the romance of scenic canal travel, offering guests a serene and indulgent escape. Nestled in the French Alps, our ski holiday home penthouse merges the charm of a traditional chalet with Nordic-inspired cosy principles. Vibrant splashes of colour are paired with warm wood tones, layered textiles, and dynamic lighting to create a space that feels both playful and luxurious.
Coastal Elegance in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat
In this ultra-luxury penthouse, we curated a bespoke selection of contemporary furniture and accessories, focusing on subtle opulence and coastal refinement. Every detail, from the textural layers to the artfully chosen statement pieces, was designed to reflect the breathtaking Mediterranean views and elevate the residence’s ambiance.
A Record-Breaking Renovation in Villefranche
Time was of the essence for this holiday home, and our team rose to the challenge, completing a full renovation in record time. The transformation balanced modern luxury with comfort, creating a perfect retreat that harmonises with the idyllic charm of Villefranche.
Apartment Revamps Across Nice
Throughout the vibrant summer months, we worked on multiple apartment renovations across Nice. Each project was a bespoke response to our clients’ needs, ranging from sleek urban retreats to charming pied-à-terres. The attention to detail and focus on timeless design ensured these apartments became refined sanctuaries within the bustling city.

Growing Our Team and Headquarters
To support our growing ambitions, Luxoria moved to a larger, light-filled headquarters in 2024. This inspiring space is adorned with a curated selection of abstract sculptures and wall-mounted art pieces from Louis’ Dimension Gallery. We also welcomed several talented professionals to our team, strengthening our capacity to deliver exceptional projects worldwide.
