Interior Design Project Villefranche – Riviera Revival
Residential
This design proposal reimagines a historic property in Villefranche, once a boutique hotel, into an elegant home for an international expat couple. Seamlessly blending contemporary refinement with the building’s timeless charm, the project highlights the region’s heritage through retained original features, such as red marble flooring, and chic modern touches, including bespoke furniture and ergonomic Italian kitchen design. Boasting breathtaking sea views, dual-aspect balconies, and carefully curated artwork reflecting Villefranche’s architectural hues, the home offers a cohesive design narrative. Each space balances sophistication and comfort, creating a residence that embodies the beauty and allure of the French Riviera.
Interior Design Cannes: Penthouse
Residential
Luxoria’s latest penthouse project on the Cannes coastline blends Neo-classical elegance with smart home technology. The property features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sauna, a home office, and entertainment areas, with dual-aspect views of the Mediterranean and Théoule-Sur-Mer. Bespoke Italian carpentry, Austrian hardwood floors, and intricate marble inlays create a refined interior, complemented by French crystal lighting and Murano chandeliers. Highlights include a custom-designed glass vitrine in the entrance, a serene sauna crafted from Nordic wood and travertine, and Neo-classical-inspired furniture sourced from France, Spain, and Italy. This sophisticated design epitomises modern luxury on the French Riviera.
Penthouse Pamira
Residential
Project Contemporary Mediterranea; a refined interior design initiative set within a historic Cannes apartment building. Originally a prestigious luxury hotel, this iconic structure was repurposed during World War II to provide refuge and rehabilitation for the injured. Post-war, it evolved into luxury accommodations, maintaining its historic charm while incorporating modern elegance.
Aesthetics Clinic – Le Marais, Paris
Commercial
Luxoria was commissioned to undertake a full renovation, fit-out, design and project management of a new chain of aesthetic clinics. The flagship clinic is based in the trendy Marais district in a large historic building. We wanted to enhance the character of the building’s interiors by preserving original features such as the powerful wooden beams proudly displayed on the second level.

Villa Mougins

Project Interior design Mougins: Nestled in the sleepy hills above Mougins sits the idyllic Villa Mougins. The property consists of three bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a large open living area – as well as beautifully manicured gardens and a sultry sun-drenched pool. The pool area is afforded hours of sunlight thanks to its southwest orientation. The area is tastefully decorated, the sun loungers are enveloped in cascading gardens – further enhancing the pool area’s Mediterranean ambience.

Hotel Rey – Reykjavik, Iceland
Hospitality
Located in the land ice and fire, our ongoing hospitality interior design project is a large-scale development in Reykjavik, Iceland. The brief for the 450 room hotel development was to pay homage to the Icelandic landscape, through cool colour schemes and warm materials. Cosy furniture and inviting bars work together to create a comforting atmosphere.
LUXYA Yacht
Yachting
A striking yacht interior design project that saw us develop a new approach to yacht interiors. The inspiration or the design was a hotel at sea, we wanted to evoke the relaxation and ease one feels when at a luxury hotel. This was achieved by a clever combination of highend materials, plush fabrics, and a joyous colour scheme.
